Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries — we make returns easy. Please read the steps below to get started.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Email us at support@rebli.eu with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will send you a return confirmation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
